Conditions of participation

Participation in the competition is free of charge. To take part in the competition, you need to fill in and send in the questionnaire (available at the pavilion at the bus station in Lüchow) or participate via the internet at
www.mobil-im-wendland.de/umfrage necessary. Participation in the competition is possible until 17.07.2022. Natural persons who have their residence in Lüchow-Dannenberg and are at least 14 years old are eligible to participate. (Minors with the consent of the person with custody). All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organiser and associated companies are not eligible to participate. Only one entry per person is possible. Among all eligible participants, the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg will raffle 5 vouchers, each worth
20.00 for the cinema "Alte Brennerei", Rosenstraße 19, 29439 Lüchow (Wendland) as well as 5 vouchers worth € 20.00 each for the Wendland Therme Gartow, Am Helk 1, 29471 Gartow. The winners will be drawn by lot within 14 days after the closing date. The winners will be informed promptly by e-mail or telephone. (depending on the information in the questionnaire) informed about the prize. If a winner cannot be reached within a period of 2 weeks, the claim to the prize will expire. In this case, the organiser is entitled to conduct a replacement draw. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The legal process is excluded.

This collection can only take place with your consent. Consent to the collection of your personal data is necessary for participation in the prize draw. Explanation

With my signature at the end of the questionnaire or with my participation via internet under
www.mobil-im-wendland.de/umfrage I hereby agree that my personal data, or that of my child, may be collected and stored until the end of the raffle in connection with the survey on local public transport by the Lüchow-Dannenberg District Mobility Service (Fachdienst 60 - Mobilität). After that, my personal data will be destroyed. The following data will be collected: Name, age, place of residence, telephone number or e-mail address. The results of the survey will also be used and published anonymously.
